Cavender Ford, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Accounting Clerk to join our growing family and help "Make Confidence Happen". Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!

Here is what you will be doing:
  • Posts sales transactions to accounting records.
  • Bills all new and used car deals and posts into accounting
  • Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness
  • Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution
  • Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed
  • Reconciles office records with those of the sales department.
  • Prepares a daily report of contracts, vehicle receivables due and proceeds.
  • Accounts for all deal records. Compiles a list of any missing transactions.
  • Resolves any titling problems with the responsible managers.
  • Signs off on commission payments based on final documentation.
  • Compiles reports as requested.
Here is what you will need:
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
