Manage accounts payable for outside operated A/P invoices for all companies.
Duties and Responsibilities- Process outside operated A/P invoices, including reviewing and importing data from Energy Link, preparation and input of data uploads into SSI, downloading data to be routed for review purposes, and tracking the flow of invoices during the approval process.
- Prepare cash requirements reports for outside operated invoices, prepare invoices for payment, write checks, copy for A/P files, and mail.
- Verify interest billed and overhead charges per well for outside operated invoices. Ensure outside operated costs are billed to the appropriate decks. Assist in updating JIB checklist.
- Prepare reconciliations of A/P and netting accounts in resolution of outstanding issues.
- Assist with intercompany reconciliation of A/R and A/P between JMA and affiliate companies.
- Monitor prepayments to ensure proper application.
- Assist with training of staff to process outside operated invoices via Energy Link.
