Staff Accountant; or Graduates

In this role, you will be a key member of our accounting team, responsible for executing daily accounting tasks, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities to enhance business performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance.

• Post journal entries
• Assist with audits, month-end financial reports, and various budget cycles
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Document and understand the Company’s control environment
• Provide compliance and administrative support
• Complete regulatory filings
• Collaborate with other departments
• Understand reporting systems and processes
• Use discretion and judgment to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years relevant experience preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure; detail-oriented; team player
• Prolonged sitting, some bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity for operating a computer and calculator
