Full-time Pediatric Dentist

We are looking for an awesome pediatric dentist with excellent communication and clinical skills for a full-time position (4 days per week) at our growing pediatric dental practice. • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including conscious sedation, IV sedation, and treatment under general anesthesia in a hospital setting, as appropriate.
• Deliver aesthetic Zirconia crowns and procedures using lasers as part of a modern pediatric dental practice.
• Serve a large patient base with private pay arrangements; collaborate with a strong referral network from area general dentists, pediatricians, and the local community.
• Contribute to a practice environment that emphasizes relationships, professional growth, and patient-centered care.
• Possibly participate in business and clinical mentorship within a high-excellence, nurturing team setting.

• Minimum base salary of $1200 per day or 35% of private pay collections (no Medicaid), with paid continuing education, paid malpractice, health insurance, 401(k), and performance-based bonuses.

Graduation from a US-accredited pediatric dentistry program;
