Guest Service Representative Part Time

Overview

Nothing Bundt Cakes hires guest services representatives who are referred to as Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, sets the mood, and makes a visit to the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• Assist guests in choosing the right cake for celebrations and help place accurate orders.

• Willing to work morning shifts (e.g., 8:30-3:30) Monday-Friday.
• Some weekend shifts (8:30-5:30 on Saturdays or 10:00-3:30 on Sundays).
