Role Description

This is a part-time, or full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant based in Okemos, MI. The Office Assistant will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining office equipment, managing schedules, organizing and updating records, and supporting the team by assisting with general office tasks. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients, as well as the ability to manage priorities efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills to provide excellent support and customer service
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, record-keeping, and ensuring smooth operational workflows
  • Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment efficiently, such as printers, scanners, and other standard office tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience with basic computer applications and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus
