As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build strong relationships, support tenancies, manage community standards, and help create safe, welcoming environments. You'll collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners and will also play a part in supporting new developments.
This is a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast‑paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact within local communities.

Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting residents with tenancy queries, permissions, and general tenancy management.
Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
Manage tenancy breaches, including responsibilities linked to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable customers.
Monitor and maintain high estate standards, ensuring service contracts deliver value for money and quality.
Lead resident engagement activities and support community development initiatives to strengthen neighbourhood sustainability.
Work collaboratively to promote safe, thriving places where people are proud to live.
