Thrive Recruitment Group is recruiting two Qualified Early Years Practitioners for a well‑established early years setting based in Okehampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for passionate and committed practitioners to join a supportive team delivering high‑quality early years care and education.

Reporting to the Nursery Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities.
• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level
  3).
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
