• Experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Create a team environment that others work with a sense of urgency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Able to follow company rules and policies and provide an excellent example for other employees to follow
• Ability to complete all daily manager tasks independently without reminders

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence
• Manage and supervise the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory, waste, temperature management and cost control
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Communicate updates and status of shifts daily or as needed to ensure leaders and teammates have operational knowledge
