The Facility Management Coordinator is responsible for the daily clerical operations of the Facility Management department. Under the supervision of the Director, the Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties, including payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, organization of regulatory documents, and maintenance of policies/procedures. The Coordinator serves as the department subject‑matter expert for HCA Healthcare’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and compliance program, facilitating scheduling PMs, work order management, and vendor management.

The Coordinator is also responsible for supplies and parts management.

• High School Graduate / GED required
• Administrative experience in maintenance, engineering, or healthcare preferred
