Under the direction of the Slots Supervisor, the incumbent greets guests, provides information about games, and ensures customers receive proper change and assistance on the casino floor.

• Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
• Accurately performs customer transactions.
• Provides superior customer service, positively affecting interactions with external and internal customers and employees.
• Handles difficult customers with resilience and works harmoniously with coworkers.
• Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
• Promotes the Club Card Program and presents current card benefits and program information to customers.
• Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees.
• Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience or equivalent education/work experience.
• Ability to learn all Slots games and explain rules to guests.
• Basic math skills and ability to count money accurately.
• Balance cash drawer accurately.
• Physical ability to sit, bend, walk, kneel, push, and lift 25–50 lbs. daily.

• Requiring use of hands, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, and climbing steps.
• Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
• Exposure to second‑hand smoke, excessive noise, and general public in a fast‑paced, crowded casino environment.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements; second preference to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.

As part of the employment process, final candidates must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations. Background checks may include:
