Hard Rock - [Retail Associate / Team Member] As a Slot Casino Service Representative at Hard Rock, you'll:
Greet guests, provide information pertaining to games and provide customers with proper change;
Communicate all customer service issues to key personnel;
Accurately perform customer transactions;
Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures;
Assist guests on the casino floor;
Promote the Club Card Program as well as understand/present current card benefits and program information to customers.
