Assistant Tennis Coach

Founded in 1997, Weil Tennis Academy is one of the premier tennis academies in the United States. Dedicated to developing junior players for collegiate and professional success. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Tennis Coach to join our team starting January 2026. This role involves working closely with our coaching staff to deliver high-quality training to junior players, assist in daily operations, and support the overall development of athletes on and off the court.

• Assist head coaches in planning and conducting tennis training sessions.
• Provide on-court coaching and feedback to players of varying skill levels.
• Weekend tournament travel with full-time players.
• Assist the residential team with weekly residential supervision duties.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive and professional environment.

• Previous coaching experience (junior or collegiate level preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• USPTA or PTR certification is a plus.
• Ability to start in January 2026 and commit to a full-time schedule.
