Job Description

• The Operator 1, Warehouse Operations is responsible for supporting warehouse activities including loading and unloading trucks, product movement, replenishment using FEFO methodology, and maintaining compliance with safety and documentation standards.
• The role requires safe operation of material handling equipment and adherence to GMP and GDP procedures.

• Unload inbound trucks including inter-company deliveries and vendor shipments.
• Load outbound trucks including inter-company shipments and off-site warehouse transfers.
• Locate, retrieve, and replenish products using FEFO methodology.
• Move pallets on dock and within warehouse areas.
• Physically stack or transport product from sterilization pallets to regular pallets when required.
• Safely complete all assigned duties in accordance with department standards and procedures.
• Maintain work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOPs.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to operating procedures to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• Perform general warehouse associate duties as needed.
• Train new hires on RF functions when required.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Wear required safety shoes and follow workplace safety guidelines.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to remain alert and focused at all times.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience in safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Licensed to operate material handling equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and/or Reach Lift equipment required.

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written and oral instructions.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting.
• Frequent use of hands for handling, picking, typing, and repetitive wrist or finger motions.
• Occasional climbing may be required.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs in certain areas as needed.
