Reports To: Operations
Pay Range: $25.00 – $33.00
Job SummaryThe Warehouse Coordinator is a key operations role responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and internal communication with production and external communication with clients. This position ensures materials and finished products move through the facility efficiently, accurately, and on time.
As the business grows, this role will expand to include leadership responsibilities and oversight of the Inventory Control Specialist.

- Coordinate daily receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions using the ERP system
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against bills of lading, packing lists, and sales orders
- Ensure proper storage, handling, packaging, and palletization of materials and finished goods
- Prepare shipping documentation including BOLs, labels, photos, and freight paperwork
- Select appropriate shipment methods based on cost, service level, and customer requirements
- Track and support key performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery
- Communicate proactively with production, purchasing, and clients regarding order status and material needs
- Identify and escalation delays, shortages, or discrepancies that could impact fulfillment or customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or inventory control
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers
- Familiarity with Kanban systems, 5S, and Lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
