Warehouse Associate

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Associate I in Lockbourne, OH.
The Warehouse Associate I will be working for a large, well-established distribution company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs

• First Shift: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Secure facility – associates will be partnered with a full-time employee while onsite

• Worksite is an enclosed dock and warehouse environment

• Move pallets around the enclosed dock area

• Remove boxes from the end of a conveyor belt and place them on appropriate pallets

• Shrink-wrap pallets and use a pallet jack to load trailers when required

• Enter trailers with a pallet jack to pull materials and stage skids for receiving

• Break down packaging materials using a box cutter and recycle appropriately

• Perform quality checks on packages to ensure shipping labels are correctly placed

• Assist with receiving, storage, staging, and general warehouse duties

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

• Professional demeanor with good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Ability to read and understand English

• Mandatory attendance and reliability required
