Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.

• Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy
• Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete process
• Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory
• Assists in monthly cycle count
• Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards
• Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager
• Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers
• Interacts with customers and Branch staff
• May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Warehouse Experience preferred
• Lift and carry capabilities up to 50 lbs.

• Certificate of Operation for Equipment
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers

• Warehouse and outside
• Consistent lifting, must be able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Use of warehouse equipment and vehicles
