• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders and daily shipping schedules.
• Verify accuracy of outbound shipments, including checking part numbers, quantities, packing lists, and documentation.
• Safely operate material‑handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, stage, and load products.
• Create and apply shipping labels, bills of lading, and all required carrier documentation using company systems.
• Load trucks and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and smooth outbound logistics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area, following all 5S and facility standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and all company policies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order or shipment issues.

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus (company certification provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
