What We Look ForValid licenses and certificates in accordance with
STCW 95
, including required
refresher courses
Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Training for Service on Oil and Chemical Tankers
Strong leadership and sound decision-making
, with the ability to manage operations confidently and responsibly
High safety awareness and excellent communication
, enabling effective teamwork in a multicultural environment
Proven experience as Chief Mate / First Officer preferred
Experience on oil and/or chemical tankers is advantageous
Fluent English
, both written and spoken
Residence in Germany
