Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse-to-customer distribution processes

Prepare logistics budgets and control expenses
Analyze logistics performance and improve efficiency
Implement logistics software, ERP, and tracking systems
Manage logistics team and assign daily tasks
Handle documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records
Manage returns, damages, and reverse logistics
Plan route optimization for faster and cost-effective deliveries
Maintain reports on transportation, costs, and delivery performance
