Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A Regional Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods across designated regional routes. This position is based out of Swanton, OH and operates on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and strong communication skills while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles.
• Adhere to assigned schedules and routes, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Utilize electronic devices for job-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Manage logs and documentation accurately, including ELDs.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading, transport, and unloading of goods.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional Class A driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background.
• Valid Medical Card and FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and delays.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Drivers are required to wear the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times:

  : $24 per hour (paid weekly)
