TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defence through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions are designed to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design. We are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, track components, and solve logistical challenges, being the local anchor for our international supply chain.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• A proven track record in setting up or scaling logistics processes
• Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms
• A strong understanding of shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management
• Hands‑on, process‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end‑to‑end logistics processes
• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities
• Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation
• Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation
• Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks
• Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international
• Ensure customs requirements are being processed for material transfers outside Germany
• Manage logistic operations suppliers as required
