Driver
Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, documents and goods.
Coordinate with the accounts supervisor daily to offset outgoing documents and payments.
Complete vehicle logbook during and after delivery.
Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle.
Making sure that documents and correspondence are delivered on a timely manner.
Making sure that the company vehicle is clean inside and outside by having it clean weekly at the wash bay.
Requesting and clearing of an advance to clean the company vehicle weekly.
Coordinate with the inventory supervisor and inventory clerk on purchasing of stocks and goods.
Make sure that all of the vehicle documents are valid including fitness, insurance and revenue license.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Accounts Supervisor or the Finance Manager.
Maintained all of GPI company policies and procedures.
Requirement
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Driver/ Office Assistant.
Secondary school education.
Must be able to read, write and comprehend.
Valid Driver’s License MC and MIB.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Attentive to details and a sharp eye while on the job.
