Parts Delivery Driver

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of parts and accessories to our customers. This role involves ensuring the safe transport of parts, maintaining excellent customer service, and maintaining the company provided delivery vehicle in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting parts according to the invoice for delivery to customers, other company branches, or vendors while maintaining professional representation of the company.
• Following up with customers to see if additional parts or services are needed.
• Coordinating urgent pick-ups or deliveries with parts counter representatives or shipping and receiving department.
• Completing administrative tasks accurately.
• Communicating maintenance and repair needs for company provided vehicle, and maintaining the interior and exterior to company standards.
• Other duties or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Great time management with demonstrated ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70lbs
• Valid driver's license and able to meet insurability requirements
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
