• Average Pay: $80,000.
• Sign‑on Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
• 3rd Shift – Overnight.
• Day 1 Benefits:

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or People Net) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet MBM’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
