In our logistics department, you are the central interface. You ensure that an online order becomes a successful delivery.

• Order Management: You import e-commerce orders and create all necessary shipping and freight documents.
• Transport Control: You plan and monitor national and international transports (land/sea).
• Network Maintenance: You are the main point of contact for our CEP partners (DHL, GLS) and freight forwarders.
• Process Design: You are not satisfied with the status quo, but actively optimize our logistics processes.
• International: You handle import processes and customs formalities safely.

• Foundation: A completed apprenticeship (e.g., merchant for forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and foreign trade) or corresponding professional experience.
• Know-how: You are familiar with the forwarding business and ideally have experience in mail order (expertise in long goods is a major plus!).
• Customs Check: Basic knowledge of customs processes is important for our imports.
• Organizational Talent: You maintain an overview even when the volume is high and work in a structured manner.
• Communication: Very good German and confident English for our international partners.
