The Store Driver serves the greater local area, participates in the daily operation of the store including delivery, inventory, stocking and replenishment, shipping.

• Stock shelves, clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and rotate all incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse space, ensuring it is clean, neat, orderly and safe.
• Utilize RF scanner and other methods to log incoming materials and products.
• Fill customer orders and ready for pick-up or delivery.
• Load customer vehicles and outgoing delivery trucks.
• Utilize a Millcraft vehicle to make customer deliveries.
• Maneuver safely and effectively.
• Use material handling equipment.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Operate company equipment and vehicles.
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Reasonable accommodation available.
• Pass pre‑employment DOT background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Prefer experience using RF scanners and an ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures and embody core values.
• 1‑3 years of driving experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Lift items weighing a minimum of 75 lbs regularly.
• Stand for long periods.
• Bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day.

Moderately quiet to moderately noisy. Temperature moderated by heat in winter and air conditioning or air circulation methods in summer.
