John’s Jesuit High School & Academy seeks a mission-driven, visionary Athletic Director to provide leadership for its comprehensive grades 6-12 athletic program.

Rooted in the Jesuit Catholic tradition, the Athletic Director is responsible for fostering excellence in athletics while forming young men and coaches in mind, body, and spirit.

The Athletic Director will oversee all aspects of the athletic program including coaching formation, compliance, facilities, budgeting, and community engagement, while ensuring that athletics serves as a powerful expression of the school’s commitment to cura personalis, faith, integrity, and “Men for Others.” The ideal candidate is a collaborative administrator, committed mentor, and visible ambassador who understands athletics as an extension of the school’s educational and spiritual mission.
