As part of the Re Sharper team, you will be responsible for the unit testing subsystem that powers both ReSharper (our extension for Visual Studio and VS Code-like editors) and Rider (our cross-platform .NET and game development IDE).

The unit testing subsystem is a critical component of the ReSharper and Rider ecosystem. It provides the high-performance infrastructure required to discover, manage, and execute tests across the entire .NET landscape.

• Design and implement new features for unit testing framework support.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure high-quality, consistent support for unit testing technologies across ReSharper and Rider.
• Contribute to performance improvements, ensuring our .NET products remain fast and efficient while handling the complexities of unit testing frameworks.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in unit testing technologies to incorporate best practices into our .NET products.

• At least five years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving code quality and performance.
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience working with complex, legacy code and refactoring it to meet the latest requirements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of the unit testing frameworks.
• An interest in or experience with AI-powered developer tools.
