In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of cutting‑edge safety solutions using artificial intelligence. You will explore and develop novel approaches to risk assessment and enhance the reliability of next‑generation driving systems through innovative neural network design.

• Design and implement AI‑driven approaches to improve the safety and reliability of autonomous driving systems.
• Develop intelligent risk evaluation frameworks leveraging machine learning.
• Adapt and evolve neural network models to address safety‑critical use cases in autonomous environments.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in AI technologies, relevant safety regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into real‑world driving platforms.

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Solid foundation in AI system design, including neural network architecture, AI platforms (hardware/software), and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to safety‑sensitive applications.
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to lead by example and inspire collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with autonomous driving stacks, driving policy models, end‑to‑end learning, or foundational AI models is a plus.
• Open to international travel (up to 25%).
