Responsibilities

• Work with the Unreal Engine on gameplay, system, and tool features.
• Primarily use Blueprints
  , so the whole team can work with them.
• C++ is not mandatory.
• Think in modular, encapsulated systems.
• Contribute ideas, decide, and actively shape the project.

• Experience with the Unreal Engine

• Very good understanding of Blueprints

• Preferrably an Unreal Generalist

• Ability and willingness to collaborate with art, design, and tech teams.
• Enjoy working in a team and be able to discuss your decisions.
• Think in a structured and systemic way.
• Work responsibly, see the big picture, and self‑determine next steps.
• Keep performance (CPU/GPU) in mind.
• German is our daily language in the team (perfect German not required).

• Experience in the genre (first/third person, construction, realistic look).
• Profiling & optimization (CPU/GPU).
• Multiplayer experience.
• Experience with PS5 / Xbox porting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in a creative environment.
• Broad technical thinking beyond the obvious.
