We're building something bold inside ablefy — a fast-moving AI Incubator team focused on launching entirely new products that drive revenue beyond the core. Think of it as a startup within a scale-up: small, empowered, and business-first.

As our Full-Stack/Backend Engineer
, you'll help shape 0→1 products where AI meets commerce — with direct impact on seller success, customer journeys, and our bottom line. You’ll work side by side with product, design, and growth leads who move fast, love shipping, and are obsessed with finding signal in noise.

• Lead engineering efforts for greenfield product builds from idea to live product.
• Drive technical decision-making on architecture, stack, scalability, and deployment.
• Work hands‑on in Ruby on Rails and Python
  , owning both backend services and integrations.
• Deploy and maintain systems in cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Heroku, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth to test, learn, and iterate fast.
• Build and integrate AI‑powered capabilities that create user and platform value.
• Contribute directly to business strategy by connecting tech decisions to MRR outcomes.

• 5+ years of backend experience with deep expertise in Ruby and 2+ years in Python.
• Strong hands‑on experience building and scaling backend systems from scratch.
• End‑to‑end understanding of cloud deployment, CI/CD, and devOps basics.
• Comfortable navigating fast, iterative cycles with shifting priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of product ownership.
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.

• Experience working with LLMs, vector databases, or building AI agents.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow tools.
• Contributions to open‑source or incubator/startup experience.
• Prior experience in the Fin Tech or e‑commerce industry.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
• Experience with machine learning or AI integration in backend systems.
