Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Refactor and upgrade the existing Java backend from version 11 to 21, improving performance, maintainability, and code structure.
• CI/CD Automation
  • Support the team in streamlining and improving build pipelines, deployment automation, and environment setup using Dev Ops tooling.
• Work closely with frontend developers, QA, Dev Ops engineers, and solution architects to align technical improvements with business goals.
• Testing
  • Ensure high-quality, tested code through integration with JUnit and other relevant frameworks.

• Strong experience with Java 11+, ideally migrating or building apps in Java 21.
• Maven Proficiency
  • Good knowledge of Maven for dependency management and project structure.
• Spring & Spring Boot
  • Experience with modern Java frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot.
• Hibernate & JPA
  • Hands‑on experience with ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA.
• Relational Databases
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and IBM DB2
    .
• Shell Scripting
  • Practical knowledge of Bash and Shell scripting for automating backend tasks.
• Testing
  • Familiarity with JUnit or equivalent testing frameworks for backend logic validation.
• Communication
  • Excellent English (B2+/C1) and strong communication skills in international, cross‑functional teams.

• Scripting with Python
