The Employment Support Professional provides services to people in a vocational setting. They assist with activities in a workplace environment and provide employment supports to people working at their jobs and in their community. The Employment Support Professional ensures that people who experience disabilities belong to communities in which their God-given gifts are valued and respected.

• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Access to reliable transportation

• 3-6 Months Experience (volunteer or employment)
• Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field

• Industrial Work setting
• Loud environment
• Supervision of participants while they work on their preferred tasks based on their skills and interests
• Ensuring when persons supported are using equipment, they are being safe as well as having safe body mechanics
