Join an innovative audio collection initiative supporting AI and speech technology development for banking services. We're seeking Singaporean speakers to record natural, realistic customer-agent conversations for a simulated call center environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge voice AI technology while working flexibly from home.

• Record simulated call center conversations using provided business banking script
• Deliver natural, conversational speech with realistic tone and pace
• Adapt phrasing naturally while maintaining the intent of each script
• Incorporate appropriate emotional tones, natural pauses, and conversational fillers
• Follow structured recording guidelines and quality assurance process
• Complete recordings via our secure, client-hosted IVR platform
• Submit all recordings within project timeline

• Proficiency in English or Mandarin
• Ability to code-switch between English and Mandarin (preferred)
• Clear, natural speaking voice with good articulation
• Comfortable delivering varied emotional tones and realistic conversational styles
• Access to a quiet recording environment
• Reliable internet connection

• Previous experience in voice recording, customer service, or voice acting
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Estimated 3-8 hours total, with flexible scheduling.

All recordings are used solely for AI training purposes. Participant information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
