Palmer’s Lawn Care Inc. is seeking hardworking and dependable Landscape Installation Laborers to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality landscape renovations and outdoor transformations, creating beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners throughout the Brunswick, Strongsville, Medina, and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a professional landscaping team.

• Assist with landscape renovation and installation projects
• Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses
• Install mulch, edging, and decorative stone
• Assist with hardscape installations including pavers, patios, and retaining walls
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
• Provide professional and respectful service when working at client properties

• 1+ year of residential or commercial landscaping experience required
• Experience with hardscape or landscape installation is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation to our Columbia Station shop
