Primary Responsibilities- Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stage inventory for shipment; loads trailers.
- Unload trailers; receive product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
- Receive returned product; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare product for disposal or return to stock.
- Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform.
- Maintain a valid power industrial truck license.
- Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
- Adhere with all company policies, procedures and trainings.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor.
- Complete all required records, reports, and forms in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
- Seek to always improve materials processes, product quality, and worker safety.
- Pay starting at $18.50 + $2.00 (second shift differential)
- Work a set, full-time schedule. Monday to Friday
