Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre und bietet eine VIER-TAGE-WOCHE sowie eine ansteigende Vergütung von 1050 € im ersten Jahr bis 1250 € im vierten Jahr. Dazu kommen Zusatzleistungen wie Notenprämien und Unterstützung bei der Lehrzeitverkürzung. Gute schulische Leistungen werden belohnt.
