ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day direction for onsite maintenance tasks and coordinate with the broader team; the role collaborates with multiple technicians on site;
Perform and document HVAC and plumbing PM/troubleshooting (filters, belts, coils, leaks, fixtures, basic diagnostics);
Communicate clearly with client contacts and occupants; provide timely updates, close out work orders, and escalate issues appropriately;
Manage workload and job scheduling;
Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork;
Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
