RSC Maintenance Technician IV

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician IV is the senior role within the maintenance team, tasked with performing advanced repairs, conducting system diagnostics, and mentoring junior staff. This position demands a high level of technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and fabrication work, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment with the RSC.

• High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or technical training preferred.
• Professional technical certification associated with distribution maintenance (PIT, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechatronics, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial, warehouse or facilities maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, welding, plumbing, and mechanical diagnostics.
• Experience with PITs, conveyor systems, and warehouse automation preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to assist in training and development of maintenance team.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience operating a CMMS system is preferred.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, are required.
