What You'll Be Doing

As a Counter top Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced installers, learning the trade while helping deliver beautiful, high-quality installations.
  • Load, unload, and transport counter top materials
  • Assist with measuring, fitting, cutting, and polishing surfaces
  • Carry tools and materials to and from job sites
  • Help ensure precise alignment and clean finishes
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
  • Follow safety procedures and handle materials with care
  • Learn the fundamentals of counter top installation with room to grow

Construction or installation experience is a plus - but not required. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach.
What You Need
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. using proper technique
  • Comfort using basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 21+ years old to meet DOT requirements for driving company vehicles
Work Environment
  • Active, physical work in homes, businesses, and job sites
  • Outdoor exposure and changing weather conditions
  • Regular lifting, bending, and movement throughout the day
