Ace Handyman Services is Hiring Skilled Craftsmen & Master Craftsmen!

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 (No 1099 Subcontractors)

Ace Handyman Services is seeking Skilled Craftsmen and Master Craftsmen proficient in three or more trades to support our growing residential and commercial service divisions.

This is a W-2 employee position — we do not hire 1099 subcontractors.

• Perform residential and light commercial repairs, remodeling, and maintenance
• Manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, high-quality solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
• Identify additional repair opportunities while building trust with customers
• Maintain organized job sites and professional appearance
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure job satisfaction

• Proficient in 3+ trades
  , such as:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Tile
  • Drywall & Painting
  • General Repairs & Remodeling
• Own professional-grade tools (company vehicle provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual, efficient, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Master Craftsman Candidates Typically Bring:
