Subsidized Training as a Heat Pump Installer (m/f/d) – Career Changers Welcome – with Subsequent Employment Prospects

For our client, we are looking for job seekers or unemployed candidates who want to reorient their careers through a subsidized training program in the field of renewable energy.

The qualification is provided as an AZAV-certified program and is 100% funded with an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein from the Employment Agency / Job Center.

• Training as a Heat Pump Installer (m/f/d)
• Duration:
  14 weeks
• Free participation with a valid education voucher
• Very good prospects for subsequent employment
• Directly with our client or with partner companies in the skilled trades

• 3 weeks of e-learning (remote, from home)
• 5 weeks of on-site training in the Berlin / Blankenfelde-Mahlow area
• Accommodation organized (costs covered via education voucher)
• 6 weeks of mobile, hands-on practical training on construction sites

• Education voucher from the Employment Agency
• (or willingness to apply for one)
• German language skills at least B1 level
• Willingness to travel (

• Interest in craftsmanship or basic technical understanding

• Unemployment benefit I or citizen’s allowance continues
• No course costs for participants
