HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician for our Archbold, OH plants. This individual will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems across the campus.

• Monitors HVAC systems and operations and ensures that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules.
• Checks, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Handles complex issues and problems.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.

Preferably accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 4 to 6 years of experience.

Expected offer range: $21-$27. The actual wage will be based on proficiency, relevant experience, and skills. The Max pay listed is not the top of the wage band.
