- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Freude im Umgang mit Traktoren und Maschinen

- Sicherer Beruf mit Zukunft und Aufstiegschancen
- Bezahlung über Kollektivertrag - Überzahlung nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation
