This is a full‑time, on‑site Carpenter role based in Willard, OH. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing tasks related to residential remodeling, commercial construction, and restoration projects. Daily responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, constructing frameworks, installing fixtures, repairing wooden structures, and ensuring the proper use of tools and equipment. The Carpenter will maintain craftsmanship standards and adhere to safety procedures while collaborating effectively with team members onsite.

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Experience with Framing and structural construction tasks
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to follow instructions, read blueprints, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
• Prior experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; formal carpentry training or certification is a benefit
