Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated AVL Technician to support the design, installation, and service of integrated audio, video, and lighting systems. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys technical work, teamwork, and serving faith‑based and community‑focused environments.

Location: Westerville, OH
Work Type: On‑site

• Execute end‑to‑end integrated AVL system design and installation plans
• Perform on‑site service calls for system testing and troubleshooting
• Install rigging for AVL equipment
• Handle cabling, terminations, and rack wiring
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate as a positive, dependable, and hard‑working team member

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in church production or live AVL environments
• Strong interest in working with a faith‑forward organization serving houses of worship, hospitality, and community clients
