Bring your electrical expertise to a workplace where stability meets purpose. As a full-time, on‑site Electrician serving Porter Hills Village and Cook Valley Estates, you’ll keep vital electrical systems running safely and efficiently in a vibrant senior living community. Enjoy predictable hours, no travel between job sites, and a strong benefits package—all while making a meaningful difference in the comfort, safety, and daily lives of residents and staff.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Install electrical panels, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Inspect electrical components, systems, and equipment for malfunctions or potential issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues related to medical devices, lighting, and power distribution systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on circuits, breakers, wiring, and related electrical systems.

• Install new electrical systems or upgrade existing systems to support evolving technology and infrastructure needs.
• Work with contractors on electrical installations for new construction, renovations, or capital projects.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for electrical work and projects.

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify electrical hazards or areas of concern.
• Ensure electrical systems are safe and secure to protect team members, residents, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety policies and regulations.

• Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, required.
• Experience in healthcare environment, preferred.
• Must possess a valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Position requires the ability to lift and move objects, weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
