We are recruiting a Master Project Manager Plumber for R & T Yoder Plumbing, Inc. a family‑owned business located in Columbus, OH with over 20 years of experience in Central Ohio.
The role is full‑time with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year (or up to $45 per hour depending on experience) and a one‑time $300 sign‑on bonus
.
In addition to base pay, successful candidates will receive the following benefits: health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), 2 weeks paid time off that increases with tenure, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
Qualifications- 4+ years of plumbing field experience
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
- Current DOT certification is a plus
- Experience with industrial, medical, or agriculture plumbing systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
