Location: Austinburg, OH

Rons Repairs is looking for a reliable and motivated Remodel Carpenter to support our field operations team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of residential remodeling projects, from demolition through finishes. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and can listen and follow directions with professionalism. We do a wide range of work.

We have onsite training to teach the right candidate from rough framing, finish carpentry, to electrical and plumbing. We do it all! You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality results that make homeowners proud.

• Assist with residential remodeling projects, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, and finish work
• Listen and follow instructions and respond professionally to feedback from lead carpenters and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Practice proper tool usage and jobsite safety procedures
• Demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship and quality in every task
• Show initiative, dependability, and eagerness to learn new skills
• Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed
• Comfortable working up high at times

• 3 years of experience in remodeling or general carpentry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow
• Dependable and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work independently
• Basic hand tools required (hammer, tape measure, etc.)

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional overtime based on project demand

• Onsite work throughout Ohio (primarily residential homes)
